What is Hot Bikram Yoga?
Hot Bikram Yoga is a specialised form of yoga practiced in a heated room, typically maintained at around 40°C with 40-50% humidity. The heat enhances flexibility, promotes detoxification, and helps deepen your connection to the practice. A traditional Bikram session includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a specific sequence to systematically work every part of your body, improving strength, balance, and overall well-being.
Your Hot Yoga Session
From the moment you arrive to the moment you float out, here’s what to expect in your Hot Bikram Yoga class
Arrive & Settle In
Come 10–15 minutes early. Check in, bring your mat, towel, and water, and find a spot in the heated studio (40°C). Lie down, relax, and adjust to the warmth.
During Class
You’ll move through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It’s a set sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Just breathe and do your best. You’ll sweat—a lot. That’s part of the magic. Take breaks if needed, stay in the room, and listen to your body. Progress comes with practice.
After Class
Rest before you leave the room. Rehydrate and take your time. You’ll walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply accomplished.

Our studio is designed to evoke empowerment, transformation, and balance. Expect a welcoming, clean, and calming space equipped with modern facilities.
I’m new to hot yoga/pilates — any tips?
Start slow and take breaks as needed. Hydrate well beforehand, bring water, and consider electrolytes if you sweat heavily. Light, breathable clothing helps, and arriving early gives you time to settle before the class starts.
Do you provide towels or mats?
Yes, we provide mats free of charge. We encourage you to bring your own towel, but if you forget to bring it or prefer to use ours, they are available for $1 per class or on a weekly subscription for our regulars.
Can I arrive late to class?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early, especially for hot classes. If you arrive late, please be mindful that the class will already be underway—enter the room quietly and take direction from the instructor on where to set up your mat so you don’t disrupt the session.
How do I book a Yoga or Pilates class?
All classes are booked through the BreflexPortal, powered by GymMaster.Our studio team can also assist you with bookings if needed.
