What is Hot HIIT Pilates?

Hot HIIT Pilates blends the precision and control of Pilates with the calorie-burning power of HIIT, performed in a heated room (around 35°C).
The heat helps to loosen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance calorie burn while creating an intense, sweat-inducing workout experience.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, hydrate, and get your space set up. The room is heated (around 35–38°C) to help your body warm up fast and stay limber.

During Class

You’ll move through a dynamic series of Pilates-based exercises and high-intensity intervals. Think strength, core control, and endurance—powered by breath and sweat.
It’s fast-paced, full-body, and fiery. Expect pulses, planks, and power moves. Take breaks if needed, but stay with it—every second builds resilience.

After Class
