What is Hot HIIT Pilates?
Hot HIIT Pilates blends the precision and control of Pilates with the calorie-burning power of HIIT, performed in a heated room (around 35°C). The heat helps to loosen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance calorie burn while creating an intense, sweat-inducing workout experience. This fusion class is designed to strengthen your core, tone your muscles, and improve cardiovascular fitness—all while detoxifying your body through sweat.

Arrive & Get Ready
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, hydrate, and get your space set up. The room is heated (around 35–38°C) to help your body warm up fast and stay limber.
During Class
You’ll move through a dynamic series of Pilates-based exercises and high-intensity intervals. Think strength, core control, and endurance—powered by breath and sweat. It’s fast-paced, full-body, and fiery. Expect pulses, planks, and power moves. Take breaks if needed, but stay with it—every second builds resilience.
After Class

I’m new to hot yoga/pilates — any tips?
Start slow and take breaks as needed. Hydrate well beforehand, bring water, and consider electrolytes if you sweat heavily. Light, breathable clothing helps, and arriving early gives you time to settle before the class starts.
Do you provide towels or mats?
Yes, we provide mats free of charge. We encourage you to bring your own towel, but if you forget to bring it or prefer to use ours, they are available for $1 per class or on a weekly subscription for our regulars.
What happens after class?
After every hot class, we offer a cool, scented towel to help you refresh and cool down following your workout. You're welcome to take your time and enjoy the post-class studio environment. We ask everyone to clean their mat, and any equipment used during the workout before leaving the room, using the cleaners provided.
Can I just walk in to a class?
Bookings are essential to secure your spot.While we sometimes accommodate walk-ins, space cannot be guaranteed — booking ahead is the best way to ensure you get in.
Do our classes vary in temperature?
Yes! We offer Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates, where the studio is heated to enhance flexibility and intensity, as well as regular-temperature classes for those who prefer a cooler environment.
