What is EMS training?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training uses low-frequency electrical impulses to activate up to 90% of your muscles simultaneously during a 20-minute session — the equivalent of around 90 minutes of conventional gym training. At Breflex, sessions are 1-on-1 with a qualified trainer.
