Chris

I’m a keen runner and after a serious back injury in 2022, and on the advice of my osteo and specialist, I turned to yoga for rehabilitation and never looked back!  I was particularly drawn to the practice of 26 & 2 and the effects were astounding.  I honestly thought I would never run again, let alone a marathon, but have run numerous since!

Due to my passion for 26 & 2 and wanting to learn more I became a qualified teacher in 2024 and again have not looked back!  I truly believe that this series and its focus on stability, back strength and enhancing focus and concentration, fosters personal growth.  I am excited to support others on this amazing journey!

Based in Whangārei I also run a weekly community class in Opuawhanga where I have an amazing group of enthusiast students who love this practice.  I honestly believe the most important element is to have fun, explore all the postures and share the journey with others 🤍
