At Breflex, Yin Yoga is your sanctuary for slowing down, stretching deep, and restoring balance. Our classes offer a calm, supportive space where you can release tension, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice focused on long-held poses that gently target the body’s connective tissues and fascia. It encourages stillness, deep breathing, and mindfulness, helping to increase flexibility, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind.

Class Schedule

Your Yin Yoga Session

Come as you are. Yin Yoga is here to help you slow down and reset.

Before Class

Wear comfy, stretchy clothes and arrive a little early to settle in. Drink some water but skip heavy meals.

During Class

Expect long, gentle holds with lots of support. Focus on softening and breathing deeply. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

After Class

Rest for a moment and notice how you feel — calm, open, and refreshed. Drink water and ease gently back into your day.
