EMS Training

EMS Training at Breflex is personalised and guided by our certified trainers. First-time clients must book an hour-long introductory session, which is always one-on-one and tailored to your needs. After your introduction, regular EMS sessions accommodate a maximum of two people per booking slot, ensuring personalised attention while you train.
