Join us for a powerful day of movement, education, nourishment, and community as we celebrate International Women’s Day at Breflex.
This Wellness Day has been thoughtfully designed to support women’s health at every stage of life — from building strength and mobility to understanding hormones, menopause, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.
Open to both members and non-members, this is an opportunity to experience the Breflex community while gaining practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
Whether you attend the full day or join us for an individual session, you’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and supported.

THE SCHEDULE

8:00am – Yang to Yin (60 mins)

Start the day with an energising Yang flow before transitioning into grounding Yin. This balanced class will leave you feeling strong, centred, and ready for the day ahead.

9:30am – Women’s Health Mobility Workshop with Sasha (45 mins)

This guided mobility session is designed to improve the way you move, feel, and function.

Through dynamic stretches, joint mobility drills, and breath-led movement, you’ll explore full-body mobility with a focus on:

  • Functional range and joint health
  • Stability through controlled mobility
  • Pelvic and hip support
  • Nervous system downregulation

This is intelligent mobility work — not just stretching — and is the perfect complement to Pilates, strength training, yoga, and everyday life.

11:15am – 3:15pm – Menopause Workshop with Amanda (4 hours)

An in-depth and supportive workshop providing practical education around training, hormones, and wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.

This session will explore:

  • What’s happening hormonally
  • How to train effectively during this stage
  • Supporting strength, bone health, and recovery
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Lifestyle strategies for long-term health

There will be time for discussion and questions in a safe, supportive environment.

Lunch is provided for those attending the Menopause Workshop or full-day pass holders.

3:30pm – Nutrition for Women’s Health with Anna (30 min)

This practical nutrition session will cover:

  • Fueling for stable energy and hormone balance
  • Key nutrients for strength and bone health
  • Nutrition strategies during hormonal transitions
  • Sustainable, realistic approaches to eating well

Expect clear, evidence-informed advice without restriction or diet culture.
