The class begins with dynamic, energising Yang-style sequences to build strength, flexibility, and focus, then transitions into slow, deep Yin stretches to release tension, calm the mind, and restore the body. Perfect for all levels, this balanced practice helps you improve mobility, reduce stress, and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply refreshed.

Before Class

Wear comfy, stretchy clothes and arrive a little early to settle in. Drink some water but skip heavy meals.

During Class

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Can I just walk in to a class?

Bookings are essential to secure your spot.While we sometimes accommodate walk-ins, space cannot be guaranteed — booking ahead is the best way to ensure you get in.

Do I need experience to join our yoga or Pilates classes?

Not at all! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications to suit your needs.

Do you provide towels or mats?

Yes, we provide mats free of charge. We encourage you to bring your own towel, but if you forget to bring it or prefer to use ours, they are available for $1 per class or on a weekly subscription for our regulars.

Do you have a waitlist for full classes?

Yes—most of our classes have a waitlist enabled through GymMaster. If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist via the GymMaster app/portal. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, you’ll be automatically moved into the class and notified as soon as it happens.

How do I book my first class?

Step 1 - Download the App or Visit the Portal Website
  • To install the app:
    • Use the links below or search “GymMaster” in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
    • Download and install.
  • To use the website:

Step 2 – Create a password
  • Open the app and enter the email address linked to your Breflex Fitness account.
  • Tap “Forgot password?” and you’ll receive an email with a link to set up a new password for your account.
Step 3 – Log in
  • Once you have created a new password through the reset link to your email, head back to the GymMaster app.
  • Log in with your email address and new password.
Step 4 – Book Your Classes
  • Go to ‘Book A Group Class’ to view the upcoming classes.
  • Select your preferred class and tap ‘Book Now’ then ‘Confirm Booking’ on the next page to secure your spot.
  • You’ll see a confirmation that your spot is reserved.
Step 5 – Manage Your Bookings
  • Go to ‘Bookings’ to view or cancel your reservations.
  • Please cancel early if you can’t make it, so someone else can join.
