What is Hot Tone & Sculpt Pilates
Hot Tone & Sculpt blends Pilates principles with strength and resistance training in a heated room. Using light equipment and bodyweight moves, you’ll tone muscles, boost core stability, and improve posture — all while enjoying a full-body burn. Suitable for all levels.

Arrive & Get Ready
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, hydrate, and get your space set up. The room is heated (around 35–38°C) to help your body warm up fast and stay limber.
During Class
You’ll flow through Pilates-based strength and resistance exercises in a heated room. Using equipment and bodyweight moves, this class sculpts, tones, and strengthens your whole body — finishing with a stretch to leave you balanced and energised.
After Class
Cool down, towel off, and rehydrate. You’ll feel stronger, sharper, and totally alive. This is where heat meets hustle—and it’s addictive.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our instructors offer modifications and coaching so you can work at your level—whether you’re brand new or more experienced.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Please bring a towel along with a water bottle to help you stay hydrated before, during, and after your class.
What happens after class?
After every hot class, we offer a cool, scented towel to help you refresh and cool down following your workout. You're welcome to take your time and enjoy the post-class studio environment. We ask everyone to clean their mat, and any equipment used during the workout before leaving the room, using the cleaners provided.
Do our classes vary in temperature?
Yes! We offer Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates, where the studio is heated to enhance flexibility and intensity, as well as regular-temperature classes for those who prefer a cooler environment.
Can I arrive late to class?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early, especially for hot classes. If you arrive late, please be mindful that the class will already be underway—enter the room quietly and take direction from the instructor on where to set up your mat so you don’t disrupt the session.
How do I book a Yoga or Pilates class?
All classes are booked through the BreflexPortal, powered by GymMaster.Our studio team can also assist you with bookings if needed.
