Hi. I started practising yoga 15 years ago. Around five years into my practice, I went through a very difficult time, and yoga helped me greatly to overcome it. That’s when I decided to teach—to share the healing power of yoga with others.
I truly believe yoga offers a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. I love practising, teaching, and living yoga moments, as I’ve seen so many positive changes in people who commit to the practice.
