What is Core Fusion?

Core Fusion Pilates blends classic Pilates principles with functional strength and stability work.
You'll train deep core muscles (not just abs), improve alignment, and build balanced strength through controlled, low-impact movement.
Expect intentional sequencing, breath-led control, and options to progress or scale, so it works whether you're brand new or ready to level up.

Your Core Fusion session

From breath and core connection to the reset stretch, here's what to expect inside a Core Fusion Pilates class.

02

During class

Move through a guided sequence of Pilates-based exercises targeting your core, glutes, and postural muscles. Controlled tempo, purposeful holds, and targeted flows that improve stability, balance, and mobility without high impact.

How Core Fusion Works

01

Breath + Core Connection

You’ll learn to engage deep core support through breath and technique, not momentum.
02

Strength + Stability Sequencing

Targeted movements build stability through the trunk, hips, and shoulders for better movement quality.
03

Mobility + Reset Finish

Classes finish with mobility and stretching to reduce tension and support recovery.

The benefits of Core Fusion
