What is Core Fusion Pilates
Core Fusion Pilates blends classic Pilates principles with functional strength and stability work. You’ll train deep core muscles (not just “abs”), improve alignment, and build balanced strength through controlled, low-impact movement. Arrive & Get Ready
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, get set up, and settle your breath. Let your instructor know about injuries, pregnancy, or anything you’d like support with—there are always modifications available.
During Class

Anyone Advised Against Deep Stretching
If your doctor or physiotherapist has advised against prolonged stretching, it’s best to consult them first.

Yin is slow, still, and inward-focused — it’s not designed for those wanting a fast-paced or strength-based class.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat or towel?
You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but we have yoga mats laid out in the studio ready for your use and convenience.
We recommend you bring your own towel to lay on the mat, but if you happen to forget to bring it or prefer to use ours, we have towels available to hire for $1 per session.
Do I need experience to join our yoga or Pilates classes?
Not at all! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications to suit your needs.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Please bring a towel along with a water bottle to help you stay hydrated before, during, and after your class.
Do you have a waitlist for full classes?
Yes—most of our classes have a waitlist enabled through GymMaster. If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist via the GymMaster app/portal. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, you’ll be automatically moved into the class and notified as soon as it happens.
Do you provide towels or mats?
Yes, we provide mats free of charge. We encourage you to bring your own towel, but if you forget to bring it or prefer to use ours, they are available for $1 per class or on a weekly subscription for our regulars.
How many people are in each class?
We keep our group classes small, with a maximum of 10 participants, so everyone receives personalised attention and a quality experience.
