Breflex offers two ways to train — EMS Training and Group Classes — with flexible options across session packs, weekly memberships, and combined Plus plans. All memberships are billed weekly with no lock-in surprises. Class and session packs are valid for one year from purchase.
A class pack gives you a set number of classes or sessions to use at your own pace within one year — ideal if your schedule varies week to week. A weekly membership gives you unlimited group classes or a set number of EMS sessions per week on an ongoing basis, billed weekly, and is better value the more regularly you train.
Yes. We offer a Group Class Trial — unlimited group classes for two weeks for $49 — and an EMS Training Trial — two sessions for $89, including your 60-minute intro and a full 20-minute workout. Both are available to new members only.
The Plus memberships combine EMS training with unlimited group classes in a single weekly plan. Plus gives you one EMS session per week plus unlimited group classes for $88 per week. Plus 2 gives you two EMS sessions per week plus unlimited group classes for $143 per week. Both are on a 12-month term.
All packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Yes. The cancellation fee depends on your plan and how long you've been a member — it's based on the difference between your discounted rate and the standard Flexi rate for the months you've completed, capped at $150 for 6-month plans and $250 for 12-month plans. Flexi memberships require one week's notice and a $10 admin fee. All other memberships require one month's notice. From the halfway point of your term onward, no cancellation fee applies. If you need to cancel due to injury, illness or relocation, please get in touch with us directly — we'll work with you to find the best solution, including early cancellation or a membership hold.
Flexi (3-month) memberships require one week's notice. Standard (6-month) and Annual (12-month) memberships require one month's notice. Your membership continues and is billed during the notice period. If you're dealing with an injury, illness or relocation, contact us and we can discuss a hold or early cancellation instead.
No. There are no joining fees at Breflex. You pay only for your chosen membership or pack.
