
I've been teaching Pilates and yoga for over 25 years, with a gentle focus on supporting the nervous system and encouraging a deeper connection between the body and mind. As a certified MindBody Connection practitioner, I guide others to tune into their bodies, move with intention, and cultivate inner calm. I also offer sound bath healing as a soothing, sensory way to help people drop into presence. Whether in movement or stillness, my greatest joy is creating a space where others feel safe to listen inward and reconnect with themselves.
