Your Stretch + Strengthen Class

From the opening stretch to the final hold, here's what to expect inside a Stretch & Strengthen class.

01

Arrive & settle in

Arrive a few minutes early and take a moment to settle in. Let your instructor know about any areas of tightness, injuries, or concerns so the class can be adapted to suit you.
02

During class

Flow through slow, controlled sequences that combine lengthening stretches with bodyweight strength holds. There's no rush and no pressure, just intentional movement at a pace that allows you to feel every posture fully.
03

After class

Take a moment before you leave. You'll walk out feeling balanced, taller, and genuinely restored, with a sense of quiet strength that carries into the rest of your day.

How Stretch + Strengthen Works

01

Stretch & Lengthen

Slow, sustained stretches increase flexibility and reduce tension across major muscle groups.
02

Bodyweight Strength

Longer holds build functional strength without heavy load or high impact.
03

Mindful Sequencing

Each movement flows intentionally into the next, supporting awareness, balance, and control.

The benefits of Stretch + Strengthen

Improved flexibility and range of motion
Sustained stretching lengthens tight muscles and opens restricted areas, making everyday movement feel easier and more fluid.
Functional strength through bodyweight holds
Longer holds build genuine, usable strength without heavy equipment or high impact, supporting better movement in daily life.
Better posture and body awareness
Mindful sequencing trains you to notice and correct postural habits, building the alignment and awareness that carries beyond the mat.
Reduced muscle tension
Slow, deliberate stretching releases chronic tightness, particularly through the hips, back, hamstrings, and shoulders.
Suitable for all fitness levels
The unhurried pace and adaptable structure mean the class works whether you're just starting out or looking for a complementary recovery practice.
Calm, grounding experience
The intentional, quiet nature of the class provides a genuine mental reset alongside the physical benefits, leaving you feeling settled and restored.
