Hot Bikram Yoga Class at Breflex Fitness

What is Hot Yoga?

Hot  Yoga is practiced in a room heated to around 40°C with 40–50% humidity. The heat enhances flexibility, promotes detoxification, and deepens your connection to the practice.

A traditional Hot Yoga session consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a specific sequence — systematically working every part of your body to build strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Your Hot Yoga session

From the moment you arrive to the moment you float out.

01

Arrive & settle in

Come 10–15 minutes early. Check in, lay out your mat and towel, and find a spot in the heated studio. Lie down, breathe, and let your body adjust to the warmth before class begins.
02

During class

You'll move through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a set sequence. Breathe, do your best, listen to your body. You'll sweat — a lot. That's part of the magic. Take breaks if needed; stay in the room.
03

After class

Rest before you leave the room. Rehydrate and take your time. You'll walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply accomplished — every single time.

The benefits of Hot Yoga

Increased Flexibility
Warm muscles stretch more easily, reducing the risk of injury and improving mobility across all major joints.
Detoxification
Sweating in the heat helps eliminate toxins, leaving you feeling cleaner and more energised after every session.
Enhanced Strength & Tone
The 26-posture sequence targets all major muscle groups, building lean strength and endurance from the inside out.
Improved Mental Clarity
Focusing on breath and movement in the heat reduces stress and improves mindfulness. Members consistently leave calmer and sharper.
