What is Yang to Yin?

Yang to Yin Yoga takes you on a journey from movement to stillness. The class begins with dynamic, energising Yang-style sequences to build strength, flexibility, and focus, then transitions into slow, deep Yin stretches to release tension, calm the mind, and restore the body.
Perfect for all levels, this balanced practice helps you improve mobility, reduce stress, and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply refreshed.

Your Yang to Yin session

From the moment you arrive to the moment you float out.

01

Arrive & settle in

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes and arrive a little early to settle in. Drink some water but skip heavy meals.
02

During class

Begin with dynamic Yang sequences to build warmth and strength, then ease into long Yin holds to release and restore. Focus on your breath and let your body guide you.
03

After class

Rest for a moment and notice how you feel: calm, open, and refreshed. Drink water and ease gently back into your day.
