Your Nervous System Reset

From the first breath to the final reset, here's what to expect inside a Nervous System Reset class.

01

Arrive & settle in

Arrive a few minutes early and take a moment to breathe and arrive fully.
Let your instructor know about any areas of tension, injuries, or concerns so your experience can be supported throughout.
02

During class

Move through slow Hatha yoga, somatic movement, and targeted tension release at a pace that allows you to truly feel each posture. Breathwork is woven throughout to help regulate your nervous system and deepen your awareness.
03

After class

Take your time before heading out. You'll walk away feeling focused, grounded, and more connected to how your body moves and responds.

How Nervous System Reset Works

01

Breathwork & Regulation

Controlled breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and promoting calm.
02

Somatic Movement

Slow, intentional movement builds body awareness and helps release patterns of held tension.
03

Mobility & Resilience

Targeted joint work and tension release support long-term movement health and healthy ageing.

The benefits of Nervous System Rest

Nervous system regulation
Breathwork and somatic movement activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting your body out of stress and into a state of calm and recovery.
Improved joint range of motion
Targeted mobility work creates space in the joints and reduces restriction, supporting freer, more comfortable movement.
Reduced physical and mental stress
The combination of slow movement, breath, and tension release helps discharge accumulated stress held in both the body and mind.
Enhanced body awareness
Somatic techniques develop a deeper connection between mind and body, helping you understand and respond to how you feel.
Better recovery capacity
Regular practice supports your body's ability to recover between training sessions and from the demands of daily life.
Supports sustainable movement and healthy ageing
By building resilience, mobility, and regulation over time, this class helps you stay strong, capable, and pain-free for the long term.
