What is Sculpt + Yin?

Sculpt + Yin takes you through two complete practices in a single session. The first half is a heated, Pilates-based Tone & Sculpt sequence using light resistance and bodyweight work to build lean muscle, core stability, and full-body tone.
As the heat eases, you'll transition into the second half: slow, floor-based Yin poses held for several minutes to release connective tissue, calm the nervous system, and restore the body.
It's the best of both worlds. Work hard, then let go completely.

Your Sculpt + Yin

From sweat to stillness, here's what to expect inside a Sculpt + Yin class.

01

Arrive & settle in

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, hydrate, and get your space set up. The room is heated to 35–38°C to help your body warm up fast and stay limber.
02

During class

Move through the first 30 minutes of Pilates-based resistance training in the heat: tone, strengthen, and build a sweat.
As the studio cools, ease into 30 minutes of long-held Yin poses to release tension and quiet the mind.
03

After class

Rest before you leave the room. Rehydrate and take your time. You'll walk out feeling strong through your centre and deeply calm, both halves of yourself, fully met.

How Sculpt + Yin Works

01

Build & Burn

Heated Pilates-based resistance work elevates your heart rate, builds lean muscle, and torches calories.
02

Cool & Release

As the room cools, long-held Yin poses gently open fascia and connective tissue that high-intensity work can't reach.
03

Regulate & Restore

The shift from active effort to stillness helps regulate your nervous system, leaving you calm and centred.
