My name is Jeffery, and I’m currently studying exercise science at the University of Auckland. I’ve always been deeply passionate about health, exercise, and fitness — not just for the physical benefits, but for the way they impact every part of life. For me, exercise is more than just a way to stay fit; it’s a tool to improve overall wellbeing, bringing balance, resilience, and light into all areas, whether that’s mental health, personal growth, or daily challenges.
As a dedicated powerlifter, I’ve learned the value of discipline and the power of delayed gratification. The lessons I’ve gained under the barbell — patience, persistence, and the long-term payoff of hard work — have shaped how I approach my career, my relationships, and my friendships. Fitness, for me, is about building a stronger, more grounded version of myself in every aspect of life.
